For guests traveling with young children, we also provide on-site daycare during day tours through our trusted partner, Mama Bear’s Cub Care.

Important Tour Information

Pets

All pets must remain on a leash or in an appropriate kennel at all times. A transport kennel can be provided upon request—please notify us in advance.

Childcare

Destination daycare is only available for day tours (not overnight trips)

Luggage

Only one piece of luggage and one personal bag allowed per person for overnight trips.

Cancellations

All cancellations within 30 days of tour are non-refundable.

Wildlife and Aurora

Wildlife and Aurora viewing are not guaranteed as these are naturally occurring and out of our control

Winter-Only Tours

The Aurora is one of nature’s most beautiful and amazing phenomena, and Alaskan winters provide a unique opportunity to experience it for yourself. Choose from one of our two Aurora viewing tours that cover the East or West Fairbanks area, and give you the best seat for nature’s coolest show.

Important information for Aurora tours:

  • No public restrooms are available during the tour. Please use the restroom before we leave, or be prepared to use the great outdoors.
  • The aurora is a naturally occurring phenomenon, and as such, we cannot guarantee it will appear during your scheduled tour.
